Tasting Shiny golden hue with intense sandy reflections. Rich and complex nose of dry mango nose mixed with pineapple and dry fruits with subtle oak scent. Delicate and fresh first impression in the mouth, generous notes of hazelnut, Acacia honey. Tannins are fine. Elegant and long finish.
Food pairing Perfect with a Christmas dinner, Foie Gras, platter of seafood or cheese sprinkled with Parsley. Fruit tart (pear, apple, peach, plum) At best at 11° within 3 years.
