Tasting Deep garnet hue with dark purple reflections. Spicy nose with coffee and liquorice aromas. Subtle orange peel bouquet. Rounded mouth with firestone notes. Undergrowth scent. Well balanced and elegant tannins. « Its menthol and fresh final makes this wine very unique ! »
Food pairing Black Angus rib, game on an airelles (=red fruits) sauce, confit of duck. Perfect with a dark chocolate tart too ! At best at 17° within 5 years (and more!)
